By accessing or using ShopVideoPartner ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. The Platform is operated by Ocean View Media, LLC.
Access to the Platform is granted to registered store accounts only. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your access credentials and for all activity under your account.
Video production credits are purchased in advance and are non-refundable once a video has been initiated. Credit bundles are priced as listed on the Pricing page.
Videos produced through the Platform are delivered to the store owner for their use. Ocean View Media, LLC retains no ownership of product or business information submitted through the Platform.
